How to decalcify your pineal gland

Unfortunatly most people's pineal glands are heavily calcified. So much so that they show up as a lump of calcium during an MRI.
So what is calcification, and what causes it?
Calcification is the build up of calcium phosphate crystals in various parts of the body. It is a natural process caused primaily by nanobacteria. Nanobacteria are tiny microorganisms that form calcium phosphate shells around themselves, essentially to protect themselves from your immune system. It appears from the latest research that this may be the cause of most disease. From arthritis, to stroke, from cancer to back pain.
Due to the horrific SAD (standard american diet) food system, most people are being exposed to FAR more of these organisms than ever before, and not only that, are being calcified through other means as well.
Diet Water and Lifestyle
Flouride (Magnetically attracted to the pineal gland where it forms calcium phosphate crystals more than anywhere else in the body)
Calcium supplements (By far the biggest cause of calcification, they don't really work either. If your taking them I'd reccomend stopping immediatly)
Other Halides like chlorine, and bromide (similar in effect ot fouride)
Calcium in food (almost all processed food contains some form of calcium. Whether is calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate or anything else. Many supplements contain these as fillers as well.)
Tap Water (tap water is FILLED with calcifying substances. Spring water is absolutley the best choice as distilled can be harmful in the long run (although it's much better than tap). Some great methods include:
Blue IceSkate Fish Oil (THE most powerful thing I have ever taken for decalcification, when I took it it literally felt as if there was gunk in my eye that was being washed away. Contains a very powerful substance called "Activator X" discovered by Weston Price. )
MSM (Start at a comfortable dose and work your way up to 7 to 10,000 mg per day, as soon as possible. It starts really working at that dose although lower doses are still benificial. Very powerful for general detoxification, and hair, skin, nails, bone building as well)
Citric acid (LOTS of lemons* will work. You can also just buy citric acid)
Garlic* (Take about half a bulb a day or more for awhile, if you crush it and soak in raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemonjuice it will deodorize it. Make sure you put the juice on a salad or something later.)
Sungazing (Gazing at the sun during the first 15 minutes of sunrise and last 15 minutes of sunset will do wonders for your pineal gland)
Chant Thoh* (Say Thoooh, with the oh pronounced like toe, in middle c three times, then wait 24 hours and do it again three times, then wait 24 hours and do it again. This is very powerful)
There are MANY other ways to decalcify as well. This should give you some ideas. The * indicates that they should be taken with at least one of the other things I mentioned for full effect.
